“Dr Knecht is an amazing doctor. I have seen her since she was at Barrows. Between Dr. Knecht and Amber I know I can get my questions answered very quickly. Only problem I ever have is sometimes they are booking appointments very far out. If there is truly an emergency issue though I know I can get in sooner. Dr Knecht will take her time and get to know you and is very thorough. After seeing a few endocrinologists with very poor bedside manners she listened to me and was finally able to help get my thyroid under control.”

The nurses, dentists, and oral surgeons make you feel comfortable, explain the procedure(s)/answer you questions, and are fantastic as you go through your treatment. “I had an amazing experience at this Supercuts! I was taken care of by Diane and I had a very specific hairstyle that I was wanting. She was very knowledgeable and understood exactly what I wanted. As I had a cut and a glaze which took some time, as expected and I had planned for this, she was able to take care of other customers with profound efficiency. She even stayed past the time she was scheduled to make sure her coworker, Stephanie was able to have lunch, and that I had a haircut that I was proud of.
