“I was referred to this company through my insurance to assist with a water leak issue. I decided not to file an insurance claim and pay privately. I also had a referral from the water restoration company to their sister company for repairs. Sister company was slow in response to request and couldn't come out for two days just to give estimate. Fine Point was quick to respond, they showed up on time to every appointment. Called and or texted if any issues arose throughout the entire project. They went out of their way to arrive early morning to replace dry wall in order to facilitate tank replacement. I can not say enough about the entire process from start to finish including every person I came in contact. Extra shout out to Jerimy for all the extra work he did in finishing the project.”

We had been going back and forth visiting other tile stores for a few weeks and we had it figured out very shortly after talking with her. Manuel was great in helping us pick out grout colors to match the new tile. He had samples in the showroom that really helped guide us down that path and he was very familiar with their product and what would pair well. “I am SO sad to see this store closing!!! We happened to be in the area today and stopped by for a last opportunity to browse the selection. While there we had a wonderful conversation with the owner. The owner cares so much about the health and safety of himself and the customers, that he demanded a woman cover her face with her mask she was wearing as a chin strap. There are clearly signs posted EVERYWHERE that your nose and mouth must be fully covered at all times. During our conversation with the owner, this other customer proceeded to invade my boyfriend’s personal space WITHOUT HER FACE COVERED. The owner kindly asked her to cover her nose and mouth, all while she proceeded to ignore him and move closer towards us. He was finally able to get her attention and sternly demanded that she follow the rules in place. Stunned she walks away, then comes back to announce her departure. Words are of course exchanged since she feels the need to cause a scene during her tantrum. She even went as far as screaming “I’M A DOCTOR!!”; thus further proving his point of why a mask is necessary. This is a beautiful shoppe with a lot to offer! Don’t miss an opportunity to stop by, but please remember to be respectful and kind when doing so ♥️”
