“I was a resident at Canyon Creek for 3 years. Back then it was an affordable place for me to live in and was the only complex in the North Valley with decent size grassy court yards for my dog. 9 months after moving into a 2 bedroom I needed to transfer to a 3 bedroom because my family was moving out to Phoenix. The transfer was smooth and Dianna has always been accommodating for me. Once we moved to the 3 bedroom a year later they started the new construction and I knew my rent would go up. Eventually, it just wasn't worth the money to live there for us anymore. We found a house in Chandler for 44 more dollars than the rent I was paying. Overall, we had a decent experience. Nothing major happened and when things came up it was taken care of. Move out was simple and I don't really have any complaints. The new amenities were great the last year we were there. Just didn't want to pay that much in rent for an apartment anymore.”

“My daughter and Grandson moved here a couple months ago and so far it's been great. I can Definitely vouch for how quite it is a very well kept. They have a Amazing office staff and Maintenance crew. It's a little pricey, but in the long run it is worth it. All your stores are within a couple of miles You also are close to Dog park, park for children, etc The police and fire department is also down the street. The Hospital is just down the street also. The staff at the hospital are Absolutely Wonderful and you are in pretty quick. You can see that I believe it was the perfect place to live.”

“This place is overall great to live at hands down. Those complaining about the water being turned off it was true for a time only there was only because the water pipe system was very old and it’s all been replaced now with new pipes! Management always goes above and beyond to meet expectations they always ahead of time send out notices days or weeks in advance if there is any major work to be done so that way you can make arrangements in advance. The management team is always quick to help with any issues you might have they are always courteous and professional. When it comes to safety this place is very secure with Phoenix PD doing their patrols at night and sometimes during the day it gives that peace of mind knowing the police are always nearby. Living here has been a very great and positive experience there is really no reason at all to not give this place a try, the interior of the apartments are great and maintenance is quick to fix any problems that arise with the inside or outside of the apartment. Washer and dryer are included in every unit a lot of space inside the interior of the unit. It’s in a perfect location surrounded by a lot of businesses and stores. There’s constant up keeping with the property and no issue goes unresolved. All that I had stated is based on objective truth not subjective like the other people who stated here. Especially about roaches! This place is completely bug free there has never been a big problem here at all! That guy who stated that must be one of those unhygienic people who must’ve skipped out on basic hygienic class and most likely brought them himself to this place! Never once have there been any roaches or bugs! This is a great place to live overall 5 Star Rating!”
