All lease terms and conditions where clear, hidden fees or restrictions. If I submit a work order they get the issues resolved in an appropriate and reasonable amount of time . Also I had a chance to meet Kathy I placed a work order and she actually came over personally to address and view the issues at hand , when she left she assured me , that’s she will personally make sure the work order would be resolved. An she did follow through. . My home is in a perfect location, clean and quiet neighborhood. An the rent is reasonably priced and when I resigned my second year lease It was SUPER simple all my terms and conditions stayed exactly the same which made me very pleased.
