Last week I attempted to switch to Verizon at ANOTHER location down the street from this one and I had a terrible customer experience, I was never going back to a verizon place. But THIS GUYS at this one, they go above and beyond, the fella who helped me I think his name is Carlos so kudos for him. Also, while I was there since my case required a little extra time, I was watching how the rest of the staff was treating everyone else as customer service dictates. “It seems to be a very pleasant business to visit and browse.. Mike, our salesperson was a helpful, no pressure kind of guy. We visited twice before making our purchase for a new Grandee hot tub. Worked out a fair deal for both sides and paid 50% down as it needed to be ordered. Delivery time 3 weeks. I called and spoke with Desert Springs hot tubs the other day, and it now appears to be 5 weeks. I WILL KEEP YOU POSTED AS TO WHEN IT ACTUALLY ARRIVES. I called Hot Springs Hot Tub July 3 and its due in on July 12. Now I have to call their installation people and find out when they might be available after that date. The Hot Tub came in early and was installed today by Ron, Johnny and Charles. These guys were professional, friendly, on time and through. BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE WITH DESERT HOT TUBS, MIKE THE SALES PERSON, AND THE INSTALLERS, I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM AS A PLACE YOU CAN TRUST FROM BEGINNING TO END. A VERY EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE.”
