I walked in and the gentleman at the register listened to me explain my problems, pointed out what were probably the main culprits, and tightened the suspension post and the little knob underneath the right-handle gear shifter for me. “I was recently in the store, and would like to thank Nancy Wasser for her kindness. I had three necklaces for my granddaughters, and wanted to add several charms to each. But thought I would need to change the clasps in order to add the charms. Nancy was able to add the charms to each necklace without changing the clasps. She spent at least 30 minutes making the change, and did not charge me. I offered to pay for her services but she declined. This isn't the first time I've brought a piece of jeweler to them to have it tweaked. And they haven't charged me. Thank you so much Nancy for your time, and generosity. “My sister in law was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, and I decided to get her a wig, as I knew she would lose her hair. I had wanted to get it before she started chemo, but it didn't work out. When she was able to go to the store, I called and told them we were coming. They have two stations where they fit and style wigs. The staff was very caring, and took the time to make sure she got a wig that was just right. Best part was seeing the transformation from her going in with a beanie, to walking out with a beautiful head of hair. I do suggest getting the best wig you can afford, that is NOT human hair, as human hair wigs require a lot of care. I understand how some people feel...it looks a bit disorganized when you walk in, and you really need to find someone to help you (which is why i suggest calling ahead). The results are what count...and they were great.”
