“I have only been here once, but I had a WONDERFUL experience for my first cleaning and exam! Planning to go back to have some work done next week, but so far I trust the staff and doctors here greatly. I am very picky and struggle to trust many health professionals (since they are human and loaded with error), but more than just having a very kind and friendly team, they were also very knowledgeable and up-to-date. I was happy to see modern evidence-based preventative measures, technology, equipment and treatment options. I appreciated that Dr. Nguyen was conservative in her recommendations and I did not feel pushed to address non-urgent matters. In fact, she was very transparent in what may need to be addressed in the future, but not recommending actual until necessary. After long discussion with both Dr. Nguyen and one of her awesome hygienist Amanda, I have a great deal of respect for their knowledge of modern evidence based practice, their bedside manner and clear communication and explanations of what they are doing and why. I appreciate how much time they all spend with me, carefully and patiently answering all my questions and coordinating the somewhat time-sensitive work I needed done. I am actually looking forward the going back to get the work done even though I am expected to spend a few hours at the dentist! Maybe it’s just me. I was concerned about finding a new dentist after moving up from so cal and am so excited to have found one! Will update this review after getting my fillings repaired.”

The attention to detail, not only functionally but aesthetically is top notch. They were super helpful from day one and letting us customize and source some of the materials ourselves. From the cab to the garage, the craftsmanship is insanely good! The prices and build time was super impressive as well. Also glad we were able to use a local builder, support a local business and not have to go out of state to find such quality. “Sucked rude dirty unprofessional slow no experience in customer service never gonna go to vallero again spend your money else where I went to that store constantly and always had the pleasure to meet (Sophia) ever time I tried to go and buy something put some glass anything she denies it I'm not rude I don't say anything to her she was offended when she saw me getting a fountain drink and there was straws and the counter before I arrived I was serving myself some soda and I accidently dropped a straw on the ground straw that was on the edge and she got really upset saying it ain't her job to clean up after me in a really rude tone I responded it's your job to maintain a clean store environment that's all I said the whole time she was insulting me and didn't want to give me service I even pick up the straws on the floor not just the one I dropped. You guys lost a customer 👎”
