“This place is amazing! I will say I felt so out of place when I first went because it’s not your average lifting gym. Everyone was lifting heavy and I was barely starting. I would do my sessions with my trainer Sara, who is absolutely amazing, and leave. She asked if I wanted to participate in strongman training on Sundays and I didn’t want to at first cause I didn’t feel ready. I finally did, the members and staff are so encouraging and friendly and helpful. Liberty is a great place to lift. You should definitely check it out!”
