I'm going deaf and they always do a good job working with me when I order... I kind of feel like they already know my order before I order it.. they definitely pay attention to their customers... I noticed that not one worker is ever standing around talking or messing around they are always working hard and cleaning or finding something to do and that's what real service is about I want you thank everybody who works there for doing a great job and being there for their customers...I'll definitely keep coming back....”

From the cab to the garage, the craftsmanship is insanely good! The prices and build time was super impressive as well. Also glad we were able to use a local builder, support a local business and not have to go out of state to find such quality. “Driving to Phoenix from California, I notice my brakes were making a weird sound and vibration. It was hard to stop my van (on a dime) and it kind of felt like they seized up a bit too. Scary! Thank goodness Bullock Automotive was open and could check out the problem for me right away. On a Sunday! I found out my rotors were warped and I needed new pads. I've never heard of that before about the rotors, but it did bother me when I pressed on the brakes to stop the car. Especially on a long drive. Steve reassured me that he could get the parts and do the job fast. Less than 2 hours later, I was on the road. The brakes work perfect! I am impressed. No more anxious driving for me. The price was very reasonable in comparison to other places in California and Arizona. Plus, I was relieved he could work on my car right away. If I ever need more auto repairs done in Phoenix, I'm going straight to Steve.”
