“I read the ratings here and since I was seeing Dr. Gagnon through Workman's comp. I assumed they were all accurate. Nothing could be further from the truth. Maybe he read these reviews and made a conscious effort to do better for his patients, maybe the patient that wrote the other reviews was out of their mind! He was friendly, professional, careful and an all-around nice guy. He gave me a lucid and detailed diagnosis and even spoke with me about our hobbies while he did my exam. This made me very comfortable even during the most invasive tests he did on me. My only complaint, I have a bruise where one of the needles was placed for my test, whaa (baby crying).”

“I was referred to this company through my insurance to assist with a water leak issue. I decided not to file an insurance claim and pay privately. I also had a referral from the water restoration company to their sister company for repairs. Sister company was slow in response to request and couldn't come out for two days just to give estimate. Fine Point was quick to respond, they showed up on time to every appointment. Called and or texted if any issues arose throughout the entire project. They went out of their way to arrive early morning to replace dry wall in order to facilitate tank replacement. I can not say enough about the entire process from start to finish including every person I came in contact. Extra shout out to Jerimy for all the extra work he did in finishing the project.”

“Milestone Pediatrics has very kind and dedicated therapists. My son has been going to OT and Music Therapy for over a year. Their staff is very cheerful and my son and I both enjoyed going to his services. When the Covid shut down occurred they were very quick to do online services which we have continued to do. All of the therapist have adapted well to the new format and are very good at thinking outside the box to create activities that can been done through video chat. We also switched to Milestone for Speech Therapy and our therapist is great and really finds ways to connect to my son with autism. In just two sessions they are having very positive verbal interactions as he also does with the other two therapists. “We inquired twice about renting a unit to store furniture. Both of the people we spoke with at the 49th and Thomas location were very helpful and very friendly. We ended up renting a unit. We took our items there today and everything went very smooth just as they said it would be. We have a unit on the 2nd floor. Heather took us up to look at it before we rented. This place is nice and clean and it eliminated my worries about storing my furniture in a dirty storage unit. I would highly recommend.”
