“First time renting a car here and I have to say the building inside was uninviting. However, the service I received was top notch. We had an issue with our rental confirmation and the staff, a young man and young woman both helped us. Additionally, they went above and beyond when they found out I was there for my grandfather’s funeral they gave us a better rental at the same price and I found that to be very thoughtful. The check in process was easy along with check in. I would suggest maybe making the office area a little more inviting but I was overall happy with my experience and I will rent here again.”

“I have lived in the Boulevard Apartments since 2010 and feel the community had made consistent improvements over the last 10 years. They have continued to improve the amenities and common areas throughout the years. There are so many residents that have lived here for 8+ years. That alone says a lot about the community! I personally love the staff and maintenance crew. They have always been helpful and responsive to all my requests. PROS: Beautiful and pretty quiet community, TONS of extra parking, great amenities, friendly staff and maintenance team. CONS: The only complaint I really have is that not everyone picks up their dog waste, but I think that happens at all apartments. Also wait to wash your car until Tuesday, because the lawn guys love to blow dust everywhere.”
