I was heartbroken because I love the ring and wasn'tfindinganythingI liked as much. He looked up our account and told us it may be able to be fixed with our metal protection plan! He sent it to be examined and assured me if it can't be fixed, they would be able to design a new setting similar to my original setting. We also ended up buying an anniversary band. Very happy with the service we received! Hoping for good news on the repair but I know if it is not repairable, Owen will make sure we get something designed that I will love.
