“Ron just can’t stand them and I don’t blame him. He sent that one on his way and he’s been at everyone ever since. It’s really not my problem or his anymore. So that is what their actual point was. There’s so much more that happened in between he would NOT BE HAPPY WITH ANY OF THIS AND IF HE KNEW ABOUT ME BEING HIT SEVERAL TIMES- last time in the face- he would- I don’t even know what he would do... this is just one of them. I had broken ribs, my wrist is prob broken, I have had several bad falls on the tile there, one of my drivers saw the driveway they were making me walk up and down and practically lost it. I am not in an accessible apartment. There is literally not enough room to fit my wheelchair anywhere here... I can’t get in and out of the kitchen or laundry room without injuring myself even more and they took my car so I can’t even leave to report anything to anyone.”

“I have been using HPU for almost 2 years now. No issues so far. Orders and parts have been accurate. Have not had any issues with defective parts (knock on wood). They have called me back to answer a parts question. Pricing seems to be competitive for the most part. Love that they are local in my area and I can inspect parts on site. Always get an email fairly quickly when order is ready for pick-up. I can log on and see my order history records. They have been helpful answering general parts questions that I could not obtain on their website such as quantity required, etc... My go to parts department and will keep shopping here. Keep up the good work HPU, you guys have been great to me!”

“I have been coming in here a lot lately as I live down the street. I sometimes sit and do work for hours so I for sure can say I spend tons of time in this Einstein’s. Every time I come I am impressed. Every. Single. Time. The staff is SO NICE! Especially the manager - at least I assume he is the manager - he is always going out of his way to help people and make them feel welcome. The food is always great and I have never had an issue with my order. The one time I saw an issue with someones order here was it took a bit to long - mind you the guy was not getting impatient at all - and they sincerely apologized and told him to pick a sweet for the inconvenience. That’s what they do here...go above and beyond because they are amazing at customer service. Not after the fact when someone is mad. Bottom line is I love this place. I wish more places would take a hint from here. Keep up the good work guys!!”
