The director, Matt, was excellent through this very unexpected and sorrowful time in our lives. He was patient with all our questions and thorough with details and quickly responded to any and all text messages. The experience was non-traditional and exactly what we wanted even though we didn't realize it at the time. Friends gather around round tables, the music was what our son would listen to and the memorial table was so well done and thoughtfully arranged per our instruction.

The extraordinary care and understanding the entire staff showed us as I made the arrangements for my brother made all the difference during a very dark time.
