Very friendly staff. My favorite place to go. They treat you like family. My dogs absolutely love visiting in the drivethru to get their pup cups. Wouldn't get my coffee from anywhere else now.

So much to say but truly not enough time! Love this Blackrock so much, my favorite for real for real! always treated like Family everyday I’m there! They never disappoint and service, quality, and overall atmosphere is outstanding! Big S/O to all my Poly Boys who work there and especially Krista. I respect and admire you to the fullest working so hard while being prego! Just another perfect Wonder Woman example of it its finest and God Bless you, your baby, and your husband! Love Black Rock, they were crazy busy this morning, the line was slow. They have employees taking your order at your car to speed things up and add a personal touch. It looks like the inside is open now too, which is good. I usually go during the afternoon/ evening hours when it is less busy. Just know most mornings its going to be 20 minutes to get your coffee fix. The coffee is the smoothest and the best tasting IMO. They also have lots of sugar free and non-dairy options. The baked goods are also good.

Fantastic customer service everytime I go! Great quality coffee at a great price. I got coffee from them today, there wasn't a huge line but it took a little longer to get to the front of the line. Unsure if it was from the customers ahead of me, or mix ups inside the store, but I wasn't upset with the wait. I pulled up to the front, the guy (I unfortunately do not know his name) handed me my coffee, apologized for the wait and gave it to me for free! I work in the food business and completely understand that it can sometimes take a bit to get orders ready, so I would've happily payed for my coffee, they are always super personable and considerate.

The best coffee hands down. Super nice people working too
