(June 22, 2020, 11:54 am)All I have to say is Bruce Painter saved my husband's life this morning! My husband crunched the front of our car during our excursion over the weekend.While parking the car, he hit a concrete structure. The sound alone was horrifying. And it dislodged the front bumper. We took our car in to Painters Auto Body this morning to get an estimate for repair. Bruce came out to look at the damage. He said, "Let me grab a tool. I'll be right back." He returned with a tool, and popped our bumper back into place. So when I say that Bruce saved my husband's life today, I really do mean it. (Hahaha!) Everyone in their office is friendly and awesome and they absolutely made my day today! THANK YOU TO THE MOON for fixing our vehicle Bruce! We highly recommend this family-owned business to everyone! They're just really good people! If I could leave 50-Stars, I would!

(January 13, 2020, 12:09 pm)Top notch. After being turned away from their counterpart down the street, I stumbled upon these guys. I have never been so happy at this providence. My car, being fairly old, was not easy to find parts for. (I had contacted my make's dealer & secure the parts through there...for a very hefty price. Not worth it for an old car.) However, they went above and beyond, going to shop after shop in downtown Phoenix until they found a hood that would fit my older car.
Thereafter they did the work exactly to my specifications and for an incredibly fair price. Would recommend again and again.
[Only con was the communication wasn't always the clearest, wasn't sure who to talk to or the current status of my car while we tried to figure things out, but in the end the job got done and it got done right. This small con would in no way affect my decision to return here for body work. Best of the best.]
