  So grateful to have found Sarah. I’ve learned so much throughout my time in therapy with her. She is so incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about her work, and truly getting to the root cause. My results were almost instant in the beginning of our time together. She always articulated things to me very well so I could learn along the way and understand the ‘Why’. She also gave me lifelong tools that I can continue to apply moving forward when needed. Thank you Sarah for all you do.

  I have had chronic back pain for the last 7+ years. Every morning when I woke up, it would take 2-3 hours before the body aches and muscle pain would subside. I just assumed it was something everyone started to get in their early 40's and chose to live with it. It started to get exponentially worse to the point where a friend of mine noticed it and told me that regular intense back pain at any age was not normal and I should go see a therapist about it. Me, being a skeptic of all therapists, chiropractors, and anyone else that wants to put you in a monthly treatment plan for the rest of your life, decided to investigate possible solutions because it was becoming a real problem. That is when I came across dry needling and decided to try it. After getting referrals for a few different therapists, I landed on Sarah @ Performance Physio.
  
  Best physical health decision I have ever made! Not only did she completely get rid of my back pain, but she also gave me the tools to personally fix any "flair ups" without having to see her again. Her "fix the problem and move on with your life" treatment plans are very honest, thorough, and successful. Instead of throwing the kitchen sink at the problem, she takes a step-by-step approach in each treatment to see how your body reacts to what she does. If it reacts well, then she knows she is on the right track, and vice versa.
  
  Additionally, Sarah is very knowledgeable on how the body and all its systems are intertwined and work together and she can explain this in simple terms to non-medical personnel like myself. All that said, it didn't take long for Sarah to lock in on my specific issues and then teach me what I need to be doing to mitigate them going forward. Through dry needle treatments, body manipulation, and specific exercise homework, she got my body right.
  
  After my time with Sarah, I have now implemented certain exercises and focuses in my daily physical living and workout routines which have immensely impacted my happiness, my efficiency at work, and my ability to enjoy life with my family.
  
  I wholeheartedly recommend anyone with body problems to call Sarah, be honest with her about your issues, let her treat you, and then let her teach you how to stay out of pain. You will not regret the investment in your wellbeing.
  
  As a side note, I have waited 3 months since my final treatment (I did 8 or 9 treatments) to make sure that the results stuck. They have. Still Back Pain Free!!!

  Sarah is a Godsend. I had been to so many different therapists and was praying for the best for my situation and I was lead direction to her. Sarah is not only highly intelligent and skilled, but she has experiential knowledge of problematic areas of the head, neck, and jaw,that she can go right to the epicenter, as she refers to your problematic area, and lazer focuses on treating it. Sarah has empathy, and compassion for her clients. She has wonderful bed side manner. I absolutely am so blessed to have found this extraordinary, talented medical professional. Thank you 😊

  My experience with Sarah has surpassed my expectations! I had a trouble spot in my back where I consistently felt pain. In the gym, after the gym, and sometimes just bringing in groceries would flare it up. I started in home consultations with Sarah and she was incredibly thorough, working to find root causes and lasting solutions. It was a completely different experience from many other prior Physical Therapy sessions. I learned a lot about my body, the critical importance of core strength, muscle stability, flexibility and the principal of movement is medicine. She has taught me to listen to my body and now when symptoms arise, I have an arsenal of movement patterns to combat and correct the issue. She is also just a genuinely awesome person who I looked forward to hanging with for an hour!

  I love the work that Sarah does. She is thorough and takes her time to diagnose and then give you the information and tools to know what is happening with your body and how to work on it to feel better. I was at the point of not being able to brush my teeth in the morning without leaning on countertop because my back would give out to not even thinking about that issue anymore. I’m lifting heavy weights and my movement is back to what it was in my 20s. She is the best.
