Super chill team. Went in for a NY style cheese and there was a mishap with the pizza (not their fault) they made me a new one and gave me a dessert for my trouble. Manager is awesome, and ever time i go in there the team is great.

Decent services. You can tell they're overworked and understaffed but still doing the best they can. Yet they still get the orders right and are quick about it. I give them credit for that.

Working with the Merlo-Sapp team has been and continues to be the best experience I have ever had with a real estate company! It has been a year since we purchased a lot and they helped us find a builder. They still keep in contact and help with any questions that I may have. When they say they are a family that treats their clients like family, they really do! We have become more than clients and they make us feel like we are a part of their family.

The Merlo Sapp Team has great customer service and that's what you want in a realtor. Debbie has been so supportive in everything we have done. She hasn't stopped with just the sale of the lot. She is continually helping us with the build of our home and sends us pictures as often as we want. The team puts our interests first and always finds a way to create a valuable experience.
