Enterprise Rent-A-Car

This is my go to local car rental place in Queen Creek AZ. It can be busy on certain days at certain times - I'm sure every business wants this problem. I appreciate that I am always treated with great respect. They truly make me feel special and I try to do the same in return. Too many businesses don't appreciate their customers. Thank you!

New Update: They've moved into their new location across the street from the old address. Beautiful, customer friendly and spacious.

Quick service picking up and dropping off! The car was super clean and no mechanical issues for the week I needed it. Wonderful experience!

My experience with this location has been very good. The staff is friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I began using this location because of convenience, but because of the service it is now my first choice. Some other companies specials are quite attractive, but I don't use them because these people have been so nice, and their rates are OK too. Since the rates are close to the competition specials, then I will continue to bring my frequent business to the Queen Creek location.
My only complaint was a "smoky" car that was rented to me. Someone violated the no smoke policy and ruined the car for my rental.

I had a great experience at the Queen Creek Enterprise office. The associates who attended to me both when picking up and returning were friendly and professional. The car was not very clean but it was what I had reserved. They have good customer service! I’d recommend this location without any reservation

I have travelled for work for most of my career. The companies I worked for usually had arrangements with rental car companies and I rented from the same two for 30 years. In the last 3 years my work travel has been minimal, but I still like to rent vehicles for long trips. I started using Enterprise, because of the convenience of the local rental offices (only a few blocks from home). I have been very happy with the experience. The price is competitive, the local rental offices are convenient, vehicles are always available, and they're the only rental company that allows you to cross the border (both Mexican and Canadian - maybe not "only" but definitely the most accommodating).
