If you are looking for a fun and effective private fitness gym located on the East Valley, then you need to sign up with My Way Fitness! This gym is seriously the best gym you will EVER sign up with, I guarantee it! I started working out with MWF in May of 2021 and feel in love as soon as I walked through the door. The trainers here are unlike any trainers I’ve ever had before and even the community here at MWF is truly unmatched - I don’t think I will ever sign up with another gym again! They are just THAT good! Also, this is the first gym I have ever joined where I have actually seen results too! Since joining MWF, I’ve lost over 30lbs+ and have kept it off while still enjoying the food I want by living a happy and active lifestyle! My Way Fitness truly changed my life and I am almost certain they can change yours as well, so if you’re still reading this and you’re on the fence about signing up, I strongly encourage you to just do it! 😃
I cannot stress enough how My Way Fitness is a true blessing to be apart of. The staff is all so friendly, down to earth, genuine and helpful. I personally workout with Brian and Chris and every time I leave a work out my day is instantly better. To be able to work on yourself in such a positive environment is everything! These trainers know exactly what they are doing to help their clients achieve their goals. They truly go the extra mile to make everyone that walks into the gym feel accepted and motivated. I am someone who has a lot on my plate at home and My Way Fitness is definitely somewhere I go to escape all that and leave a better person. This gym changes lives!
I have been working with Megan at My Way Fitness for several months now as my personal trainer and I could not be happier with my experience. Megan is extremely knowledgeable and always goes above and beyond to help me reach my fitness goals. I first came to My Way Fitness for help with accountability and to learn what the "Big Deal" was about macro tracking.
I'm not by any means a newbie to the fitness industry, but I am very much so new to macro tracking. I've tried a few times in the past, but never really gave it a chance.... This time I did! And I am beyond happy that I stuck with it this time.
It has been quite a journey learning the whole process of macro tracking, building, and cutting.
Fast forward to today....and I am now 25lbs lighter, a hell of a lot leaner...but also have gained the tools and knowledge to help keep me charging forward towards my goals.
It really is quite simple.... Just trust the process and have fun while doing so.
Everyone at My Way has been very welcoming and made me feel part of the team.... We're all here rooting each other on and celebrating each other's hard earned success.
