Made appointment due to sudden sensitivity to two molars. Upon Dr Wolff's inspection and X-rays it was not cavities but an issue with the gums. He advised about using different methods of flossing and cleaning between teeth with a little tiny brush in wire along with MI Paste. It was my first ever dentist visit without major expensive issues. I applaud Dr Wolff's integrity and honesty. I am thrilled.😄

We've all had experiences with bad dental practices. Unfortunately, I think only a small percentage of us have had the pleasure of a fantastic experience with a dental practice.

From my first phone call to schedule a cleaning as a new patient, I felt the staff cared about my needs. They were scheduling about six weeks out, but put me on their waitlist for any cancellations so I could get in sooner. A week later, true to their word, I got a call with an invitation to come in the following morning.

Their front desk employee was very friendly and efficient. She let me know she had confirmed my insurance information and could skip that part of the paperwork. Shortly after completing my form, Megan called me back for X-rays. She was very friendly and efficient, as well and was interested in learning how I heard about their practice.

After X-rays I had a few minutes in the chair before Brooke came and got me for my cleaning. She also asked how I had heard about the practice. The staff is obviously vested in the success of the business which says a lot for the leadership. Brooke was very gentle and complimentary, reinforcing my good hygiene habits. She was friendly and explained things thoroughly, even going through my X-rays to point a few things out that no one had ever explained to me before and I'm 52! She explained their care plan, how often they do particular X-rays and why and then scheduled my follow up appointment.

Shortly after that, Dr. Wolff joined us and chatted with me before doing a brief, but seemingly thorough exam. We looked at my X-rays together again. He also asked how I heard about the practice. I complimented him on the culture of his company as it was evident everyone cares about the patient experience. We had a nice discussion about that and about my own profession and I didn't feel either of them were rushing their time with me.

The checkout process was quick and the staff pleasant.

I definitely recommend Dr. Wolff's practice. Given the level of care I received from every person I encountered, I wouldn't hesitate to see any of the professionals in his office because I am confident they are all as pleasant and dedicated to the patient experience as the five staff members I encountered.

My experiences with my dentist Dr. Wolff have always been very positive. He’s very kind, caring and gentle. He cares about his patients and so does his staff. I love his hygienists and his staff very much. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a great dentist.

I recently had my teeth cleaned at Wolff Family Dentistry, what a great job and they didn’t try to up sell me everything under the sun like most of the shameful dental rackets now days. We are a family of 5 and have found a new Dentist that will ethically serve our family needs . I’m very happy with the service I received. From the receptionist to the dentist, they are very well trained with the job they do .

Dr. Wolff has an amazing practice with wonderful caring people. He takes personal interest in his practice, he loves to make people smile! His staff is another reason for the success of the practice. Nobody enjoys going to the dentist but this place actually challenges that idea, they're really good!
