  Switched dentists because I moved to this area and am extremely impressed. Not only was the facility very clean and up-to-date with latest technology, but the doctor and her staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. Dr. Kylin Chen even reworked an area with some sensitivity by my prior dentist and it feels better than ever. Couldn't be happier with this switch!

  I have had the best experiences every single time I come to this office! First, the staff is wonderful - very nice, friendly, and transparent (and Dr. Eric Chen's wonderful wife Dr. Kylin Chen also works there). Second, Dr. Eric Chen is everything I seek in a dentist. Professional, compassionate, meticulous, has a holistic approach, the list goes on. He performed a tooth extraction on me, and I am blown away by the entire experience. It could not have been any better. He walked me through all of the details beforehand, and then talked me through everything during the procedure, which made me feel very comfortable. I have had orthodontic and dental work done for over 20 years, and this is by far the best service and care I have ever received. Thank you all!

  Best dentist office ever! I'm not a fan of going to the dentist as I'm sure a lot of people aren't, Dr's Eric and Kylin Chen are wonderful. They have both made me feel comfortable while there, explained everything they were doing and are undoubtedly some of the nicest and compassionate people I have met. Actually the whole staff at Cholla Family Dentistry are amazing! Theresa my hygienist is fantastic. I would recommend if anyone was looking for a new dentist that they go to Cholla Family Dentistry the best around.

  Cholla Family has the nicest staff members, who you can tell really enjoy what they do. It is a pleasant and clean atmosphere. Dr Ky is so helpful and she is great at explaining what is going on and answering questions. Kelsey at the front desk is so nice! After having a bad experience with my last dentist office I was so happy when I went to Cholla Family and I plan on staying with them for a long time!

  I make the drive from South Tempe just to go to Cholla Family Dentistry! Dr. Beischel and his staff are not only professional and knowledgable - they are extremely friendly and welcoming. Everyone treats you like family. I would highly recommend Dr. Beischel to anyone looking for a great dentist in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area.
