First time Brazilian and lower arm wax. I was super nervous and a little embarrassed to be "spreading eagle" for a complete stranger. Knowing I was a newbie Jessey (the owner) sent a comforting message that put my mind at ease. On the day of my appointment, she walked me through what to expect and had an every day conversation with me...I actually forgot I was being waxed. Her salon suite is clean and I can tell she was using high quality wax products. I am a repeat customer for sure and booked my next appointment before I left.
