When my mother returned home from the hospital from the beginning of a long holiday weekend, we were in desperate need of help. We contacted Hearts for Dementia and were very impressed by their response in spite of the holiday. The caregiver that was assigned, Kendra, was wonderful, experienced, knowledgeable and very personable. My mother loved her and asked about her every morning. Our experience would not have been more gratifying. We highly recommend Hearts for Dementia for anyone who is looking for help in caring for their loved one.

Hearts For Dementia Home Care has provided reliable, quality caretakers specialized in dementia care for my mother with moderate to advanced Alzheimer’s Disease. They are knowledgeable with personalized, gentle methods to help redirect my mom during her moments of disorientation, especially during her “sundowning” episodes. Lolita is very understanding about what I am going through emotionally as a caregiving daughter and continues to educate me for better insight on my mother’s individualized Alzheimer’s Disease challenges.

The staff is trained & educated in dealing with dementia clients. The staff is caring & the owner is quick to respond. The owner is knowledgeable in many aspects of aging, nursing & handing dementia, so the clients can stay in their own homes.

I shared with Lolita Tramel the concerns me and my family had with my mother-in-law going through dementia and she was so very helpful. We thought all the things we were doing was out of love but in fact it was making her worse. We moved her to a private room and continued to try and help her remember all the time. With Lolita‘s counseling, treatment tools, and advice, she is a much happier person who is dealing with dementia and the family is as well. Thank you so much Lolita!
