Maintenance lately is always here the day after a request, quick and polite. This has not always been the case as they have in the past basically broke in to my apartment without notice while I was half-naked in bed and were rude, dismissive and did not care that I was scared and stuck unable to get out of bed because I was in my underwear. The jerk didnt apologize or even excuse himself. Management didn't care either. The management and front desk who may or may not answer you, are rude and uncaring and care more about the appearance of the property than the health and safety of its residents.

I lived at Casa Sante fe for almost 4 years. Farrah was extremely helpful in getting my apartment set up when I moved from the east coast. This apartment was perfect for me in terms of the location, safety, and I loved the granite counter tops, white cabinets and new floors. On top of the that living there also allowed me to save money. For the location and how nice the apartment was my half of the rent I shared in the two bed two bath I couldn’t beat the price. I would recommend this place to anyone!

I lived at CSF for about six years. I started my lease under Graystar and literally three days after moving in, AMC took over. I was very apprehensive about living under AMC after signing with Graystar. Robert from Graystar was so kind. He is who I signed my lease with.
Enter AMC. I believe I’ve seen three managers come and go in the years I’ve lived here. Wanda was the manager I really got to know and like. Cindy is the current manager and I honestly don’t know her too well. When Wanda was the manager (pre Covid), the complex did fun things. We had a night where we roasted marshmallows by the pool, had parties and community events. That’s how I got to know Wanda.
From the few times I’ve seen and interacted with Cindy, she has been nice.
Farrah is the assistant manager. She is AMAZING. I really got to know her during my time living here. She is very kind and helpful. If she has a million things to do, she always made me feel important even if I was asking a silly question. She never made me feel like I was bothering her.
Kristen is nice and has a very kind heart. She always made me feel important and valued as a resident.
    Maintenance was always efficient.
I enjoyed living here and I would have renewed another year but my life is now going in a new direction.
My neighbors were quiet for the most part. My only complaint is there were a LOT of dogs residing above me and next to me, which sometimes startled my cats. The person above me had a large dog, which I heard a lot as did my cats. Eventually we got used to the noises. If you have dogs, it’s probably not that big of a deal; cats are more sensitive to noises.

We called Casa Santa Fe home for 5 years and we absolutely loved it. Aside from 1 major incident, we had nothing short of a pleasant experience. The complex is quiet, safe and well maintained; the neighbors are friendly and maintenance requests were resolved within a reasonable time frame. The property managers changed a couple of times so we never really got to know them well but if we had to give anyone a shout out, it would be to Farrah, the Assistant Manager. During our stay at Casa Santa Fe, she was the 1 constant; going above and beyond to help residents. She is so considerate and patient; really taking the time to hear out residents and offer a helping hand. Definitely a great place to live. Loved all of the events and contests too. Grateful for the memories.
