This place has great service. I have a 2016 BMW I have used them twice now for brakes and general maintenance. They always answer the phone when I call. My car was ready in a day. I’m a girl so I get intimidated going to a car repair. Honestly they took the time to give me advice and answer all my questions. My car was perfect when I got it back - same as last time. Would highly recommend!
I LOVE the guys at Autohaus!! Charles & Chris are ALWAYS awesome & Josh is wonderful, too!! I have never had an issue, they are always honest & incredibly fair in their pricing. Which, if you own European vehicles, you will surely appreciate. They care for my old 2003 E500 with the same attention they give to my newer E350. I really wont take my car anywhere else.
Really excellent customer service, fair prices. We have our kids go there with their cars because we know they will be honest and not over charge or say something is wrong when it's not. Dealership said it would cost 4 times more than they charged. Josh explains everything well and they get to your car quickly. Been going here for years and will continue.
I own a 2011 C 300 and these guys always take care of me and my vehicle. Fair prices, quality work, and all around good people. If you want to save literally 50% compared to a dealership, I highly recommend you getting your Mercedes serviced here!!
