I can't say enough good things about Steve. We used him to help negotiate an office space for my wife's dental practice. He helped us look at at least ten spaces, and helped us engage in serious negotiations with five different spaces. He helped us tamp down our emotions whenever we got overly stressed about the process, always calmly counseling us on our next step. Once we finally reached an agreement, he let us know he would always be available to help us. When Covid-19 hit, he proved that once again he was true to his word. Our new lease agreement entailed an expensive build-out of a new space, which was no longer economically viable once Covid -19 hit. Even though Steve had absolutely earned his commission when we signed our lease, he immediately provided unlimited assistance in reaching a revised agreement with our landlord. I cannot recommend Steve highly enough!

I was trying to find a new place for my company, I had looked through about 1,000 properties on loopnet with no luck. We were referred to Steve Cross through my mother. After working with him for a couple months we found exactly what we wanted.

We knew he was only going to be paid if we found a place and felt bad that it took so long for us to decide. At no point was he pushy or did he ever seem irritated, he was great, and fun to be with when we viewed the properties.

The best part was he is paid by the other party, so there really isn't any reason not to use him as he was great to work with, very patient, listened to what we needed, and it was all free to us.
