(July 28, 2019, 10:17 pm)Extra fast, super easy, I can’t believe they were able to repair my vacuum for only FIVE DOLLARS. The other name brand store down the street wanted $10 just to look at it because they couldn’t diagnose it on the spot. Park Ridge took 5 seconds and knew what was wrong. I’ll never go to a different store again knowing these people were that knowledgable.

They do excellent work and you can tell they enjoy their jobs. Plus, they play excellent music while you're waiting...

Park Ridge Vacuum revived my old commercial-grade vacuum, which was cheaper than replacing with a big store discounted vacuum. Very helpful and the guy knew exactly what my issue was and basically said don't spend the money as it isn't worth it on this machine, just live with the issue(minor).
