It was a pleasure working with Melinda who was referred through a friend. We were looking to buy a second home out of state and she listened to what we needed and also gave suggestions. She made our home search feel like a priority as she was on top of everything quickly. She emailed us houses from the MLS and we narrowed it down to two. Melinda offered to tour them for us and I was able to tag along over FaceTime/video. When we found the right house, she helped me negotiate. We got it at the price she had thought would get the job done. It was new construction, so we didn’t need an inspection, but there was a final walk through with the builder’s superintendent which Melinda attended on our behalf so we didn’t have to fly in. We even closed through DocuSign and with a Mobile Notary which make it all very easy. We flew to Arizona to pick up the keys after closing and I am decorating right now. Melinda is very professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. I highly recommend her!
