I had a spinal fusion 25 years ago. After experiencing a new bout of severe back/neck pain in late 2022, I was diagnosed with stenosis of my cervical spine immediately adjacent to my previous fusion. My DO prescribed meds to get the pain under control and discussed the probability of undergoing another spinal fusion to relieve the nerve pain. This motivated me to explore alternative therapies. After reading a few of Dr. Leisa's newspaper articles, I decided to give the Cox chiropractic technique a try. I have been under Dr. Leisa's care for the past four weeks and have experienced significant pain relief (without the pain meds) as well as increased mobility in my neck.
