    Staff is amazingly nice and helpful the place is super clean and nice well worth the money I recommend everyone use them

    The ease of leasing a space online, complete with paperwork done electronically and contactless move in, was exactly what we needed and appreciate, especially during a pandemic. The unit was clean. The building was clean and well lit and seemed very safe. The parking area and building access was clear and clean. Great location. Loved the covered drive thru access. Pam called to check on us twice even though we didn't really need help...excellent customer service! My only complaint is: the $24 service charge for the office simply drop off a tiny bag with a lock in it is very excessive! Cleaning the unit should be covered in the monthly rental and I had to pay $20 for a unit lock, of which the markup should have included the staff time to deliver it. But, otherwise a great experience and I would recommend to anyone!!

    Thanks to Terrence for personally showing me how to get into the unit. The staff here is super friendly and the facilities are very very nice. You definitely get what you are paying for.

    Working with Terrence and Pam at Bee Safe Storage has been an excellent experience with their professionalism and care, as well as a storage facility that is always clean and organized. Thank you for helping us with our transition here to North Carolina!!

    Definitely an "upscale" storage facility. Storage Units are all contained inside the building and it's extremely clean looking. Awesome building.
