Extremely helpful, professional, and courteous staff. This is my third time going to this location. The first time was when everything was closed because of the Corona and I had a flat. They were my fourth place I went to get me back on the way home. They put on my spare for me and didn't charge me. Probably not normal but I was having an extremely bad day and that small gesture meant the world to me. I went back and purchased all new tires and will not use anyone else unless I have to.

I had to go to this store two different times today to replace two of my tires. I couldn’t drive on one, so I brought in the damaged tire at 7:30AM. They had a new tire for me and had me on my way by 7:45AM, and they don’t even open until 8:00AM. For the second one, they said they were going to be too busy to get it done today as the store and parking lot were full of people, and they were closing early. I totally understood and set up an appointment. Well, the man who was to put my spare on said that it would take just as much time to put the spare on as the new tire, so he went ahead and got me my new tire. I was out of the store within 30 minutes. The level of customer service and care I experienced at this store today was absolutely unmatched. I was anxious and frustrated about my damaged tires, and they eased all of that by being so willing to help. They were kind, compassionate, and dedicated to taking care of the customer. There was a long line and the phone was ringing off the hook, but every person was treated with respect and patience. I am deeply impressed with how this store is run and will always highly recommend it based on my experience with them today.

Excellent Customer service from the entire team at this Yukon location. They were extremely courteous and went out of there way to take care of my issue. While waiting on my care service to be completed I observed them give the same amazing service to every cu that walked in there door (and there was a lot of them).

I called Discount Tire to schedule a repair on one of my tires. I was able to schedule it within an hour of my initial call. I arrived the employee I worked with was fast and friendly, he inspected my tire to be sure it was repairable at which time we completed the paperwork.

It took the less then 20 minutes to get it repaired and I was in and out sin less than thirty minutes total.

I highly recommend the Discount Tire location in Yukon. And , I also recommend setting up an appointment when possible.
