  Great experience and workout. Truly makes you realize the muscles you do not use in other types of exercise. The team was extremely helpful and welcoming! Also got a great personal trainer. Exited to start with her.

  I’ve been a member off an on for about 3 years. Just rejoined after having my baby. I feel comfortable there.
  There is a new ownership group and I have never seen the place so clean and organized.
  The equipment is always spotless clean.
  The manager is so amazing and helpful. Helped me and my 3 friends sign up. Great staff !!!! And knowledge!!
  I never write reviews but this place deserves it!! If you live in the area come to this gym. You won’t be disappointed.

  Joined this amazing facility today. Antonio (GM) was incredibly welcoming and made me feel comfortable. SUPER clean and had everything I was looking for. Highly recommend!

  I do not leave reviews often but this team deserves one. I've had memberships to many other gyms and this one takes 1st place for sure. The gym is clean, has nice equipment and the owner is great. I would recommend this gym to anyone and everyone.

  Super great gym. Its a decent size and has a very small gym feel. Always kept clean and the equipment is either new or in excellent condition. They are handling Covid-19 very well too with the limited capacity and booking gym time.

  Kind, compassionate and thorough doctor. I have been going to Dr. Allred over five years now. She is excellent. She truly takes time to listen to what you had going on. I have emailed her through the portal and she responds immediately. I feel fortunate to truly love and trust my doctor. 5 stars.

  Dr. Allred is a true gem. It is rare to find a doctor who is highly competent, but listens carefully to the patient and shows true compassion. We are blessed to have found her!
