We first met Debra through a friend who had sold and purchased a home through her. We bought our first home with her in 2013, and we sold it under her guidance in 2021. Debra was able to have us make a few changes that increased our home's appraisal by 15% over Zillow, and it sold for 16% over that! To say we were satisfied is a huge understatement! Debra also got us in touch with an international realtor that she personally interviewed to make sure we would mesh well, and we definitely did.
