Ive been using Dr. Jake for almost 10 years. He’s very knowledgeable and has awesome recommendations. I highly recommend him for all your issues or problems. He’s saved me more than a few times.

Dr Jake is very astute diagnosing challenging cases. He’s particularly adept w allergies, oncological issues and general medicine. I ve recommended him to several friends too. They’ve been pleased; he’s a great physician!

Dr. Psenka's approach to health absolutely refreshed me. So far I have had 2 sessions with him, and both have been an exciting, multifaceted dialogue about health. I'd like to think of him more like if Sherlock Holmes were a medical doctor; he hunts for the root cause, clearly dedicates a significant amount of time to learning a wide breadth of medical approaches (playing both in traditional and non-conventional sandboxes), and asks incisive questions.

Indeed, even sitting in his examining room is a breath of fresh air - perhaps even disarming. Instead of hard upright chairs, I sank into an orange leather lounge chair as we reviewed my current concerns. Eschewing generic office decor, he has a gigantic geologic map of Arizona to explore.

On the office: most doctor's offices feel sterile and cold. Longevity Medical strikes a pleasant blend of professional/medical and warmth which reassured me that I'd actually be cared for as a whole person vs. simply analyzed as a specimen, walked out in an efficient manner and prescribed something. The front desk staff and nurses are helpful and friendly! Which really helps when someone is sticking you with a needle or taking your pulse.

In full transparency, Longevity is my first experience with an integrative/naturopathic approach, so I have no other integrative offices to compare it to - only traditional western medicine offices which have typically left me with more questions than answers... That being said, I've been impressed with the guidance and level of care I've received thus far.

Though this review may seem proselytizing, I hope it comes across as a genuine endorsement for Dr. Psenka and his office. My current level of health (self-reporting as pretty darn good) is a product of many things - plenty of exercise, a relatively clean diet, and years of examining my internal mental landscape. With the addition of Dr. Psenka's insights, I feel empowered to continue a trajectory of health optimization.
