(January 20, 2020, 11:07 pm)Prestige N Scottsdale does a great job and staff are always friendly. A bit pricey, but always happy with the results. One dress with sequins had lost some sequin details. It was a new dress from Barcelona, Spain so I was disappointed. Amazingly the manager contacted the manufacturer and obtained both a picture of how it should look and additional sequins for repair....definitely an extraordinary effort, and really appreciated!!!

I have used them for very sensitive clothing to huge bedding comforters. Any issues I have inquired about have been addressed immediately and handled appropriately.

They always strive to do their best, are very friendly and have great customer relations, and do an excellent job of dry cleaning and laundry services. Be sure to check out their store decorations at Halloween and Christmas; it's won awards within the Prestige company, further illustrating how the team works to do their very best!
