I have tried every class out there....hot yoga, barre, spinning, aerobics, you name it. Pilates has changed the way I look at working out and staying healthy. This is the first time in a long time I get excited to go work out, and I get upset when I have to miss a class. I love how there is so much one on one attention, and classes are never more than 6 people. All of the instructors help you get to the level you need to be at, and you never feel overwhelmed or like you are not working out hard enough...they get you to where you need to be. My flexibility has increased tremendously, and I love the way Pilates builds long, lean muscles. I have not felt that strength and body tone in any workouts I have done in the past.
