  Great experience working with Megan online! I've followed her page on Instagram for some time and was really happy with the session today! We were able to get a good idea of some of my mobility limitations and effectively test some solutions. I "walked away" with an action plan of specific stretches and exercises and am looking forward to the results.

  I was really wondering if this Tele-Health thing would work. But I gave it a shot. It was worth the time Dr. Megan spent with me. I could see her as she walked me through the exercises. She was able to tell me the corrections that I needed to make. I now think Tele-Health works well and will allow Dr. Megan to help a lot of athletes.

  Megan is so knowledgeable when it comes to movement diagnosis for crossfitters. The seminar she conducted at our gym was on point and gave us great tools to help in our warmups and cool downs.

  Wow! Not only was Megan able to determine what my injury was within the first few symptoms, she was also able to give me relief after the first session! This relief was openly accepted after over 8 months of living with my injury. Even more importantly, she answered all my questions and gave me exercises to do at home to build up the auxiliary muscles surrounding my pain. Megan's honesty and compassion were the traits that stood out the most to me. I will definitely be back to her for other injuries as she made quick work of my current one.
