So I decided it was time to put the old 8350 to pasture. I sent a message to MetaPC and the next morning my ticket was replied to. Todd asked the important questions, didn't bogg down the conversation with a pile of technical jargon. He took his time to answer my questions and calm my anxiousness on some decisions. Once I placed the order within 2 weeks my pc made it to my door with surprises. The communication is clear and concise and prompt. My only real issue with the deal was UPS. I now have a strong dislike of UPS and would suggest another shipper. Listen folks UPS wears brown for a reason... and its not a good reason.

The website is very easy when you want to build your own. This is the option I chose as a video/visual effect editor. I had trouble with my bank approving the funds when I wanted to make a one time payment, and a sales assistant contacted me personally at 8:00pm when it wouldn't clear. I did not have to reach out to META PCS for help they contacted me within minutes of the payment failing.
It took only a week and 3 days to get the custom build.
The machine has beat my expectations. My workflow has sped up tremendously which will allow for faster production, thus increasing my return on this great investment.
The company is veteran owned. Since my current gig is working for a retired Navy SEAL this also increased my reason to buy.
If you need a serious rig - go with META PCS!

I bought my computer from META PCs and I had some difficulty getting it hooked up, through my own incompetence. They were very helpful and knew exactly how to fix it right away. A little later that same day I ran into another issue, that was caused by me messing around and trying to fix a non-existent issue. Even though their dedicated tech guy was out sick, they still got me through it. Todd was incredibly helpful and walked me through step-by-step on how to fix it. He was incredibly knowledgeable and patient with me.

Now it's running like a dream, super smooth and quiet as a mouse. I hope I don't screw something else up with this computer, but if I do, I know META PCs awesome team can help me through it.

I customized my PC through Meta and I am more than satisfied, not just with the end product but with the experience from start to finish. Todd was immensely helpful, guiding me through all of my options for each PC part. Not only that, but he was very responsive in my MANY emails and calls. Anytime I needed info about my PC when shopping for accessories, or when I needed an update on the progress of my build, he was always there.

I've had my PC for almost a week now, and have loved every second of it. They clearly have a very talented team of builders. I was also very grateful to know that they do quality checks before shipping out; my PC apparently had a coolant issue upon QC and they fixed it so that I wouldn't have to experience that frustration once I booted it up.

They advertise being "Plug and play," and that's exactly what you get. Within an hour I was playing Cyberpunk 2077 and in heaven. Definitely a great company for the avid gamer who knows next to nothing about PC building or parts. If I could give a million stars I would, but five will have to do. On top of that, they are a veteran owned company and clearly the CEO fosters a great work environment.

Did notice it was sent via ups which is notorious for damaging packages but didn't matter as Meta PC double Packed the boxes and insulated the inside of the case so nothing would get damaged in transit. Had 1 small issue with the rgb fans not syncing up but Todd Walked me through a simple solution to get it reset. 10/10 would recommend this company over any other custom pc builders.
