  This unique way to build strength is perfect for anyone who has neither the time nor the inclination to spend hours in the gym. Never boring, always exhilarating with visible results in a short period of time, it’s the perfect workout for all ages and abilities. The coaches know their stuff and vary the workouts to challenge and maintain interest in the program. I only wish we’d found the Exercise Coach years ago!

  Matt, Stacey, Renee & Isaiah are excellent strength coaches. They truly care about helping you reach your goals. It’s an inviting, fun atmosphere. 20 minute sessions go by way to fast! You will actually want to stay and work out longer because they make it tough but it’s such a great environment! Barb keeps things running smoothly in the office and she is very responsive, she will help you with your schedule. You’re going to love it here!

  The Exercise Coach provides an individualized strength building program targeted to your needs. Their unique equipment/program allows you to see how you are progressing against your own specific goals. The best thing about the EC is their people. Their trainers, office manager, etc are completely focused on providing a best in class experience and results for the goals that you have!

  I really love this Exercise Coach and its employees. I am surprised how its getting me in shape and building my strength twice a week, for 20 minutes. They change up my routine so its never boring. The time just flies by but I know I got a great work out when I ‘m done. I just signed up for my second session, that’s how much I love it!

  A big shout out to Exercise Coach on Bell Rd. Always sensitive to everyone’s individual needs. The Staff is fabulous. (Yea Matt) They are professional, caring and make working out fun. I’ve been going for almost 2 years and my cholesterol and bone density numbers have improved.
