In January, my husband and I decided to start looking for our forever home. Shane Brough came highly recommended by mutual friends and I was not disappointed. When things started to go sideways with the mortgage broker I had chosen, Shane was firm yet extremely professional when dealing with them on my behalf. It was his initiative and commitment to his clients that led him to go above and beyond to get us to closing. I truly appreciate Shane stepping up and holding my mortgage broker accountable. As a first-time home buyer, I was very nervous going into this, but Shane held my hand and did all the heavy lifting.
