(December 6, 2019, 3:21 pm)Purchasing a new vehicle can be a stressful process for myriad reasons. NOT at Van Chevrolet/GMC. I had been in the market for a 4x4 vehicle for some time. I am a single father on a very tight budget and I trusted Van Chevrolet to understand my needs and wants.
My salesperson, Carlo, was authentic, honest, and took the time to find the perfect vehicle for both my budget and needs. I couldn’t be happier and proud of my decision.
My finance expert, Tristan, was both professional and courteous. He understood my needs and never pressured me into anything I didn’t need. He explained everything to me in detail and was honest about the numbers. I left his office with a true sense of peace of mind....and a beautiful new truck!!!

I've taken my 2015 Silverado in 4-5 times about the same issue and nothing was ever really done until I was referred to John. He was transparent and proactive and made the entire service experience great. My transmission was finally fixed and he was able to get me 4 new tires AND an alignment at a better price than Discount Tire could provide for just 4 tires. I highly recommend John Hale.

There was a direct discussion about what other matters needed tending WITHOUT any pressure.
