  Everytime I go in, I'm always greeted. The store is clean. I stopped coming in for a while I'm not sure of her title but Becky was the lady who helped me and she new nothing about my part and had to ask Tyler. I had to wait because he was busy she was rude and kept getting irritated at my questions.very disappointed. Aaron was the one who stepped in to help Tyler and new exactly what I needed. He was very helpful and helped me choose an oil. That guy went above and beyond. His customer service and knowledge of the store is why I will be coming back to AutoZone. Thank you Aaron C 👍

  When we visited the store with vehicle issues, we were greeted with friendly staff and the atmosphere in the store was very pleasant. Rebecca Durham and her staff were respectful , friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help solve our issues, getting us the parts we needed at a great price. We give her and her wonderful staff an A triple plus plus...to infinity, in customer service and satisfaction. We will tell everyone we know to visit her store, it is well worth it to make the drive!!! We will definitely shop here again for our automotive needs! Outstanding job Owasso AutoZone!! We'll see ya!!!!!
