(May 14, 2021, 3:23 pm)Really nice and attentive staff. I almost never write reviews but definitely wanted to write one for this place. The only thing that was annoying was that I was given the wrong papers when checking-in, but Kayla at the desk caught it and helped me out. The only other thing was the wait time, I waited for quite a bit but at the same time I didn’t have an appointment. Indira was amazing, super attentive, friendly, she made my day!

(March 22, 2021, 5:55 pm)The receptionist, the nurse, and the doctor were all very pleasant and knowledgeable of what I needed done and the process to get it done in the least amount of time. They were efficient and remained pleasant. They never became frustrated with the number of people who were waiting to be seen. No one waiting to be seen had to wait very long due to their efficiency. This was my second time to be seen at a Concentra Urgent Care for pre-employment required testing & treatment. Both times, in 2 different states, I was pleased with the services and process.

(March 12, 2021, 11:44 am)Very best place I ever been to. First time the other day to see doctor. Happy Friendly receptionist Kayla when I came in made everything easy. wait was not bad. Nurse was great. Dr. Azizi was very caring. Very refreshing to be treated so nicely and as a human being. Highly recommend for workers comp!

Kayla was able to get me started quickly and even took the time to help me go through the questions on my phone. Everyone here was so polite. I’m not very used to receiving this kind of treatment at an urgent. Will definitely come here again!
