  I was blow away with the customer service. They took special care of my vehicle and made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Did a fantastic job. 9.5 their is always room for improvement ????

  I honestly never review anything but I felt like i needed to in this case. I was referred by a friend of mine and i came to just get an oil change and see if there was anything else that needed to be done, and wasn't disappointed. Jacob, the lube manager was extremely honest about what my car needed and genuinely cared when I expressed my concerns about being ripped off by other companies. conversation, staff, and service were wonderful.

  Love Nick and the great staff. Have not had a bad experience here. Signed up for unlimited program I highly recommend it. Great car wash for what you pay.

  Great service. Very nice staff who arent pushy for additional services. Car comes out very clean and management is willing to do whatever is necessary to make you leave happy. Shawn in the best!

  I had a paint spill on the back floor of my car and went to Cobblestone for extraction. In the process, the leather seats were damaged in my brand new vehicle. The carpet became an almost non issue because it is more easily repaired. I didn't hold out a lot of hope that Cobblestone would follow through and accept responsibility for the damage and make it right, Nor did anyone else for that matter, but ... they did! If took some time to find the right guy to make it happen. (he is from Leather Medic.) I can still see the damage, but no one else probably can. The color match was excellent and Shane paid for the repair on the spot. I appreciate that through the entire process they took responsibility from the start and never gave me a runaround or worse, excuses. That folks, is how its done! Thank you so much for working with me, we all had a learning experience that we will keep with us for the future. TARPS!
