Joanne Bender in customer service was great! My son A college athlete) had his ACL repaired about a year ago and loved his e-vive muscle stim brace. It really helped his strength and recovery. Unfortunately, he recently had to have a revision and the first thing he wanted was his e-vive stim brace, but it wasn’t working. I called CyMedica who first gave me step by step instructions to try and resolve the issue to include charging is overnight. No fix, so I called back and spoke with Joanne who was awesome. She was friendly and professional, honoring my warranty and sending a new unit the same day. Thank you Joanne, my son is very excited about being able to use the e-vive again. 5 Star service, 5 Star product! Thanks again!!!!!!
