  David Noonan was most helpful in my recent Lexus car buying venture. He carefully explained all of the upgrades and differences between my older Lexus and the 2020 model. He worked with me on negotiating a fair price for my trade-in. Upon delivery, David introduced a knowledgeable tech rep who explained all of the latest technology features of the car. I would recommend David to anyone considering a new Lexus. Garry

  Drove up from south of Tucson (Green Valley) to purchase a new Lexus RX-350 and ended up doing a one-pay lease. Very good pricing---(better than in Tucson, making the drive worthwhile)----and service; definitely a "top shelf" Lexus dealership. Both John Easter (in Sales) and Cheryl Hagen (Financial Services Manager) were excellent to deal with. I recommend!

  I had an amazing experience working with Angelina Dang when purchasing my Lexus RX350. I had been test driving various brands, and on a whim decided to stop by Bell Lexus. Honestly, a Lexus was not even on my radar. But I was very pleasantly surprised when I walked into the dealership. Angelina was very friendly - no high pressure or canned pitches - just very knowledgeable and really listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle. She was also extremely patient when I wanted to test drive a number of vehicles. The sales manager was great to work with too. It was a very easy and friendly process. I would highly recommend Angelina - she is young , energetic and knows how to treat people right. How often can you actually say that a car buying experience was great? So happy I bought my Lexus from Angelina.

  I walked into Bell Lexus North Scottsdale with multiple criteria I desired in my next vehicle. I was greeted at the door by Nick W. He was fantastic! No sales pressure at any point in time. He just made sure to find a vehicle that fit my overall criteria and was successful! Everybody at this location was super nice and very accommodating. Most pleasant car buying experience yet.

  After being in the customer service/sales department for years, I can appreciate exceptional service when I see it. The day I met Claire Padget, I had went to Superstition Lexus the same day and had a less than positive experience, so my wife and I decided to leave and visit Bell Lexus. Immediately, I noticed a difference in the environment, friendliness, and service. I already had a Lexus in mind and a price point I was willing to work with and Claire made it a point to see that I got what I came for. To this day I will continue speaking highly of this location, experience, and Claire because like in my business, this will bring a positive experience to someone in the future.
