  Vita is Amazing! She takes care of any issues that I have ever had or any concerns. I recently was upset as they were raising my rent I have been a loyal customer for years and in light of covid 19 just could not believe this as other businesses are giving discounts I wrote an email to the management with no recourse and zero compassion. I went in to pay my bill and told Vita about what had happened and she immediately emailed her boss they got my rate back to what it should be and then some! Vita you are the reason why I have stayed and kept my business with public storage I can't thank you enough!

  I couldn't be happier with my rental storage experience. I have never rented any storage in the past, and Public Storage made my experience the most pleasant ever. I am big on communication and communication I had - follow up calls, emails, every step was very thoughtful and full of care. i love my little storage unit and the property manager Vita is like my a family to me now! in these days positive experience mean a lot and Public Storage definitely scored high in my books! I am highly recommending this storage to everyone! 5 stars!

  We had to move on a hot July day and Vita was a breath of fresh air! She was kind and helpful with showing us where the carts were and how to enter our code by the elevator. She maintained social distancing while still being friendly. Thank you so much Vita!

  This place is the best. The costumer service and attention to detail is out standing. Jeremy greeted myself in such a welcoming way and was more than prepared to answer any questions/issues I had. I couldn’t be more grateful for him making my my experience one I’ll remember. I’d give 10 stars if it would let me.

  I met an amazing operator today. Her name is Vita. Courteous and professional and practiced social distancing. I recommend this Public Storage location to everyone because of their customer service. And these days we are lacking as a society for customer service professionals. Hats off to you Vita. You make this world a brighter place to be in.
