There is a well equipped conference room, perfect for both on site meetings/training and teleconferencing. The offices are quiet, and there is plenty of parking on site. I have been a tenant for more than 2 years and love my space. The location is close to high traffic areas and convenient to get to. Parking is always available for my clients. Access to the fully equipped conference room is great for larger meetings. The space is beautifully maintained and Donna is an engaged and caring landlord. Great location and wonderful executive suites! Right near the activity of Kierland/Scottsdale Quarter but far enough to make it convenient for parking and easy access.

Looks upscale and very professional inside and all the tenants and employees I met there were very friendly.

Love the conference room space that was available to the tenants and outside client - it can be rented out for the day so am using it for one of my workshops. Its pretty, spacious, outfitted well for my IT needs and comfortable space.

The owner is very passionate about her tenants and the upkeep of the suites which explain why they are filled to capacity. Its definitely a great place to maintain an office!
