My husband and I decided to sell our home in October. We were anxious about the entire process and afraid of how much it would cost us to sell our home. Like any other homeowner, we wanted to get a fair price, but the idea of paying 6% of our home value to realtors was hard to stomach. After some research on “Flat Fee Realtors” we found Teddy. We worked with Teddy to buy our 2nd home and sell our first. Teddy executed the process flawlessly from start to finish. He crafted a creative offer that was selected over 4 other offers in a desirable neighborhood for a house that was on the market for less than 72 hours. We moved out of our old house on a Thursday and it hit the market on Friday. We accepted an offer over list price within the first 48 hours of listing. I know this process is complex, but we never felt that way with Teddy driving the process. Teddy was amazing to work with. He has an excellent grasp on the Phoenix metro real estate market. Had a great experience working with Teddy. Very communicative and easy to get in touch with and responds quickly. We got an initial low offer and he worked with the buyer and was able to bring them up to a competitive number that we accepted. He also helped us find another house; we ended up buying a home he suggested we look at that was not on our original list of homes to look at but was in the area and was what we were actually looking for.
